Both the parties though making efforts to appoint permanent Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan but do not seem serious and sincere.

If a new CEC may be appointed then IK of PTI resolution would have to be done by sitting PML-N Government that shall not be favourable to it.

PPP-P also does not looking sincere as after the appointment of CEC, local bodies election would be schedule by the new CEC and no home-work by the PPP-P has been done in the province of Sindah as the main opposition party has have rifts with MQM and may take lead in the populated cities of Sindh.
