SECP- The dog that never bite....The Secretary to the Commission Bushra Aslam was also said to be believed "an apple of Chairman-Ghulam Ali Muhammad Ali". About the external counsels, it has been learnt that the money given to a counsel/lawyer(s) 50fifty with a ring within the SECP who took 50% of such money from each lawyer. The Counsel(s) who did not share the pie expel from the door.
