Do you think that the "Financial Insititutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001 is feasible to borrowers or do you feel that the practice of recovery of loans is justified while there are so many applications pending in the apex courts for and to repeal this ordinance if justified. Moreover, do you know what personal benefits are being gained by the local and international banks with regards to take gratification in the matter from the borrowers or other interested parties???
