The race has begun to dominate the people of Pakistan. The judiciary despite of more or less wrongs, conflicted and mis-conceptional over the law which is superior to all above. There is nothing in the Constitution of Pakistan that an accused or retired official be entitled to have bullet proof vehicle. The learned court has exercised the power not vested in the law itself!
