It is pertinent to say that the tug of war between police and rangers reaches sky-high. The story is very interesting: The rate of accused arrested by the police demanded by ranger in the name of further investigation and the same practice carried out by the spy agencies...For example, Police arrests accused, the gang(s) who belong to the arrestee approach the police and bargaining begins starting from Rs.5,000 to onward (according to crime), when rangers knows that accused is/are in the custody of police, rangers reaches P.S concerned and demanded the accused for further investigation. The police lost the big deal (Rs.5000 or more) and the police deprived from its foul and rangers pick the prey and started bargaining that starts from 50,000 to onward may be 5,00,000 for fifty lacks. When the spy agencies come to know the situation, they firstly reach to the P.S, then rangers and demand the accused for JIT (Joint Interrogation Team) in the name of investigation. The price goes sky rocketing. In this situation, some times it seems that a stock exchange of criminal works in the Karachi as KSE, the price fluctuation .
